- 30 Day Guarantee-We strive to please our customers and make their shopping worry free.
- 3-5 Business Day Shipping-When payment has been received and the warehouse has been notified your order will be shipped.
- Online Ordering With PayPal and Other Major Credit Cards-For your convenience we will accept PayPal, Visa, and Master Charge, Money Orders and Certified Checks.
- Secure Customer Protection-We have gone to great lengths to protect and secure any and all of your information. Our systems are checked daily for any supecious activity, viruses, etc. Therefore it is virtually impossible for anyone to hack in on your information which you have sent us. Please rest assured we take this responsibility very serious
- Missing Items-If an item is missing from the order let us know within 30 days and the item will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
- What if an item is damaged or non functional? You will need to let us know within 30 days and you will need to fill out a form to let us know what the problem is. If the item is damaged through shipping, you will need to contact UPS and let them know of the problem. Shipping insurance is available through UPS. The first $100.00 of value for insurance is free.
