Frequent Asked Questions

  • How is my ordershipped? All orders will be shipped with UPS.

 

  • How long does it take?      When payment has been recieved and warehouse has been notified, in 3-5 business days the order will be shipped.

 

  • What if the order us damaged?     You must contact UPS directly.

 

  • What if I am dissatisfied?     We strive to please our customers.  If you are dissatisfied with our products, returns are accepted within the 30 day period . They must be in the same re-sellable condition they were shipped in.  Food and Water cannot be returned for they cannot be resold according to the law,  therefore refunds for these items will not be refunded.

 

  • What if there is an item missing?     If an item is missing please contact us within the 30 day period and the missing item will be shipped directly to you.
